A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Get some fresh air? Then live in our apartment with its own private terrace. A free parking space in the house is also available for you. We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.

A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
