Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

A private and peaceful retreat, positioned among lush gardens in the quiet area of Rye. Large windows in each room offer plenty of natural light and greenery. The place sleeps up to 4 people with modern bathroom, open plan living area and kitchenette with coffee and tea, washing machine, ducted air-conditioning and heating and complimentary Wifi. Less than 10-minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and 20-minute walk to front beach (Tyrone Foreshore) or back beaches of Rye (Number 16 Beach).

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. If you are after a 5-star hotel stay - we don't recommend our property - Come for the experience of Casa Frida!

This enchanting light filled home comprises of 3 bedrooms, with one king, one queen and one king single bed. Wooden floor boards throughout, full kitchen, family room, two bathrooms, a wood heater and sheltered decking with a barbecue.

The Bunga

"The Bunga", short for bungalow is a two story dwelling built from local stone and inspired by the stone houses of France. Located in the small coastal town of Shoreham, adjacent to a park, it is close to the beach, wineries, restaurants, cafes and other attractions. Guests have access to one bedroom with ensuite and have the entire building to themselves.

The Love Shack Balnarring Beach

Quirky two bedroom Nissan Hut conversion set amongst the tee trees and driftwood, just a 2 minute walk along a sandy track to Balnarring Beach. Wood fire heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, outdoor deck and BBQ, indoor/outdoor shower, towels and linen provided. NO Wifi encourages guests to get outdoors and explore the surrounding area.
