La casa, curata con amore e passione, è arredata con oggetti che amiamo: libri, giochi e dettagli che raccontano la nostra storia. Luci e colori creano la giusta atmosfera per farti sentire a casa e offrirti un soggiorno autentico e confortevole. La sua posizione strategica la rende perfetta per persone single, coppie o famiglie.

Villa on the lake with a pool

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Pool closed after november 15.

La casetta del Borgo è una piccola perla nel suggestivo Borgo di Trevignano Romano. Un delizioso monolocale a due passi dal Lago, dall’atmosfera soffusa, che si ispira al tema di una barca. Tre posti letto (un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo soppalcato), cucina a vista, bagno con doccia e un suggestivo biocamino. La casa è dotata di Tv, lavatrice, frigo, forno, ferro da stiro e phon. Situata nel centro del Paese, permette di raggiungere con pochi passi le principali attrattive turistiche.

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

L’appartamento è composto da due camere da letto, un bagno, una cucina e due ampi balconi, uno vista lago e l’altro verso il centro storico e le rovine della Rocca Orsini. Si trova al terzo piano del palazzo e gode di un panorama mozzafiato.
