Located just a 10-minute drive from the charming village of Marina and the sea, our property offers the best of both worlds. With no neighbors or noise to disturb you, you can truly unwind and feel the nature. Great also for hiking, runing or cykling on numerus marked tracks. Enjoy Nature at your own pace!

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Apartman Elena nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled.
