Located within 3-4 minutes of ISU, access to the freeway, close to hospitals, the LDS temple,and Yellowstone Ave for shopping, eating out, entertainment, etc. Just a 35 minute drive to lava hot springs. Our lovely basement apartment has its own private entrance. It’s on a quiet street in the middle of town, within minutes to anywhere in Pocatello or Chubbuck, and right off the I-15 for travel. This 1920s charmer gives you the entire top unit to yourself! It’s 850 sq ft and sleeps up to 6. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy mornings and evenings on the large covered porch with comfy seating. Centrally located—just 2 min to ISU, 4 min to the hospital, 19 miles to Pebble Creek Ski Resort, and minutes from hiking and biking trails. Enjoy your stay in Pocatello!

My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
