Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

This is a two story townhome. The living room, kitchen, and half bathroom are on the first floor, and the bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second level. There is a patio with a barbecue grill and a grassy common area. There is a small playground on the property with nice parks nearby.
