Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Newly renovated, spacious and stylish house in a quiet street at the heart of Plomari is a perfect place for couples, groups and families of up to 6 people. It boasts an ultra-high ceiling with a lovely gallery. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and full bathroom on ground floor; additional bedroom, full bathroom, open space with a sofa-bed in the gallery. Amoudeli beach is a 250m stroll. Important note: for safety reasons, children under 12 years old are not allowed up at the gallery

Welcome to your beautiful Greek holiday escape. A stylish, newly renovated (2025) light and airy, traditional stone house in the authentic village of Plomari . Enjoy views of olive groves, Plomari village and the sparkling Aegean Sea. The house is easy to reach either by car or walking, with plenty of parking outside on the street. There may be guests staying in our property next door. The awning / blind is electric and will automatically retract (go in) when the wind is too strong.

Aircon and heating is from heat-pump, the hotwater from solar panels and we support electric cars charging. Insect screens and roof fans are fitted for guests who prefer fresh air than aircondition. A bedroom and a bathroom is friendly to guests with mobility difficulties. Digital Nomads are welcome.

Η οικογένεια αποφάσισε να ανακαινίσει το πρώτο της σπίτι, που χρονολογείται από το 1920, το οποίο βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο πρώτο εργοστάσιο παραγωγής ούζου. Είστε ευπρόσδεκτοι να περάσετε λίγο ποιοτικό χρόνο σε έναν ξενώνα, που είναι μέρος του Πλωμαρίου και της ιστορίας του πρώτου Ούζου στην Ελλάδα.
