Cuenta con dos niveles. el dormitorio está en la parte superior al igual que el espacio de trabajo (Starlink) y hamacas para descansar. El techo es una gran palapa. La casa tiene una pequeña alberca privada desde donde podrás disfrutar la mejor vista sobre playa Mermejita. La casa es muy abierta para poder disfrutar de la frescura del viento y de las mejores vistas.

A 6.5 km de Zipolite, 10 km de San Agustinillo y 11 km de Mazunte. Si tu idea es recorrer la zona en un radio de 15km en lo personal creo que es más económico moverte en taxi que rentar un auto. Los taxis pueden entrar al condominio.
