This simple second-floor studio includes: • A queen size bed, A/C, Wi-Fi, and Roku TV (only access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.) • A private bathroom with hot water (20L capacity) • A kitchenette with basic utensils and a jug of drinking water • A small safe box for your valuables The property is owned by my mom, Pia. Disfruta de este rincón a una calle de playa norte, la isla puede ser a veces muy tranquila, y otras veces muy alegre. Pero te aseguro que está en ubicación ideal para conocer la isla . Con el calor abrasador del verano, no necesitarás taxi, ni autobús ni rentar carrito

Este lugar tiene una ubicación estratégica, se encuentra en la zona de las mejores playas de Isla Mujeres y la zona comercial. Es un espacio cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para relajarte y disfrutar de tu estancia. El espacio cuenta con cama queen size, una cocineta con lo necesario para preparar alimentos, amplio baño, closet, desayunador y una terraza techada para poder disfrutar las estampas de la vida cotidiana del lugar.

Ideal for couples and lone travelers! The studio Ixpuh 1 is a 10-15 minute taxi or golf cart ride from Playa Norte and downtown. It has a king size bed, full kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, Wifi and flat screen TV. Guests have access to the property's pool and patio. Very close to the studio guests can find several restaurants, fruit stands, laundries and the largest supermarket in the island.
