Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Starbucks, full gymnasium and convenience store on site. 24 years and older required of all renters at Encantame. Guests are not allowed to bring pets or animals.

Located just steps from the water slides on the bottom floor. You can watch your kids from the balcony or living room. Hard to find anything like this in Rocky Point. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. Condo features Queen sofa bed in living room, Full bottom/Twin Top size bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in second room. Master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. Resort fee is $7 a day per a person.
