Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

High above the pristine Playa Encanto, this condo packs a lot of contemporary styling into a one bedroom unit. The living room opens onto the 16th floor patio via double sliding doors, bringing in the wide open views and sounds of the ocean. From this vantage point, you can catch glimpses of the mountains along the Sonoran Coast and Bird Island. Encantame Towers is on Encanto Beach just beyond the tourist center of Rocky Point, Mexico. The Resort has many amenities for an invigorating stay.

Starbucks, full gymnasium and convenience store on site. 24 years and older required of all renters at Encantame. Guests are not allowed to bring pets or animals.

This condominium offers a complete kitchen with granite counter tops and black appliances. Two 55' Flat Screen TVs, Kitchen with dining table for 6 and 4 additional bar stools. Bedroom has a king size bed, the living room has a queen size Murphy wall bed and a full size sofa bed. *Pets/smoking NOT allowed. Must be 25 years old to check-in* Laundry room in condominium. Balcony has a table and 2 chairs to enjoy amazing views. $150 refundable deposit required by the resort at check in.
