Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

ROOs loft is a spacious trwnsy House of 95m2 and 30 m2 of terrace. Our home has been completely renovated and features one separate bedroom and a second room, ideal as an additional space for relaxing, working, or adapting to guests’ needs. The loft has two full bathrooms and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen connected to the living and dining area, creating a spacious, comfortable, and functional space. The living room opens directly onto a lovely private terrace, perfect for enjoying Barcelona’s climate. Roós Loft is a stylish 95 m² design loft with an additional 25 m² terrace, located in Poblenou, one of Barcelona’s most attractive neighborhoods, approximately 500 meters from Mar Bella beach. Set in a charming older building, the apartment combines a minimalist style with all the comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. It is very well connected to Barcelona city center: Poblenou metro station (L4) is just a few minutes’ walk away, and several bus routes provide easy access to Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Las Ramblas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you may need during your stay. The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, basic bathroom amenities, and free Wi-Fi. A spacious and comfortable loft with a private terrace, ideally located for enjoying both Barcelona’s beaches and the city. Turist tax is not included in the price.

Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
