The 'Sea View House Platanias' (105 sq.m.) is located in the heart of the resort of Platanias, at the edge of the hill in the old village (Pano/Upper Platanias). It offers a panoramic sea-view and almost everything you may need. The bathroom is spacious, connected to the bedroom, the kitchen is separate and there are two courtyards back and front. It is fully equipped with household appliances and offers dedicated internet access.

There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

The house is located in Agia Marina, 100 meters away from the beach in a quiet area. It is surrounded by trees and grass, BBQ area and it has a very nice view during the day and the night. It is very close to the bus station (50 meters away) close to restaurant, bar, coffee, 15 minutes walking from Platanias and 15 minutes from the center of Chania town by car or by bus. It has one big bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom and one sofa-bed.
