2 bed 1 bath basement suite, just a 10 minute walk from UVIC and a 15-20 minute drive or bus ride to downtown Victoria. Our home is close to all amenities including grocery & liquor stores, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, 7-11, and Popeyes Chicken. There are also many nice beaches within a 5-10 minute drive, as well as Mt. Doug Park with many nice hiking trails. We have also recently added 2 new queen size beds, as well as an updated double hide-a-bed, along with cotton sheets and fans to keep cool.
