The condo is within walking distance to all the amenities: restaurant/bar, beach, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, pickleball, racket ball and tennis courts.

Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.
