We are 15 minutes to Hatley Pointe for skiing and snowboarding. 45 min or less to amazing hikes and waterfalls. This magical acreage is perched at 2,951 ft elevation and faces South for warm sun exposure.

Your home base to explore the area’s many trails & waterfalls! This historic home is minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy a spacious bedroom with a king-size Nectar mattress and a luxurious bathroom. Attached is a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. Savor your favorite beverage from the breakfast nook with picture window that overlooks the meadows. Private entrance, fenced yard with table. 5 acre property with pond and wildlife. High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

Climb a set of exterior stairs thru your private entrance and enter a bright, airy, modern space with some mid-century charm. You'll be welcomed into the space by beautiful floors made from reclaimed barn wood. An open floor plan includes the living room with 55" smart TV, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a super comfy queen bed, dresser and large walk-in closet. We are 100% solar powered and offer a Level 2 EV charger for guests.
