Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Pere Marquette River and Manistee River are both within 20 minutes for salmon & steelhead fishing. The Little Manistee River is less than 5 minutes for trout fishing.

Cabin offers a single bed, convertible couch, and seating on the main floor. Upstairs a double bed & another futon mattress. Kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, and cold running water (can be warmed on the stove or electric kettle) Dining room table with 5 chairs Firepit and outhouse. Outdoor shower and tub (cold water from hose).

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained, hiker only, trail winds through the woods. Hosting only adults, this property was designed for romantic getaways. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan, where you can find a nice meal, hit the beach or catch the S.S. Badger!
