The apartment is in the 3rd floor with a nice view to a private park with old tropical trees. There are also nice restaurants nearby. AC are in three bedrooms.

Your house, with just under 50 m², is located at the edge of our property, surrounded by plenty of greenery. It has 3 rooms with up to 5 sleeping places. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL! The house offers all the comforts, including a flatscreen TV, a music speaker, and of course excellent Wi-Fi. On the large covered terrace, you’ll find a nice gas grill. There is also a fire pit and a jacuzzi, although the jacuzzi is currently not working and not heated.
