The cottage is in a peaceful, boomed off suburb. It has two bedrooms, full bathroom, separate kitchen and a large lounge/dining area. There is undercover parking, a private entrance and a private fenced garden. I am ideally located for the Sandton cbd, Fouways, The Mall of Africa and both O R Tambo and Lanseria Airports. I am close to the Johannesburg and Pretoria Highways. Plenty of tea and coffee is provided plus I offer servicing of the cottage on a daily basis at an additional charge.

A modern stylish cottage set in a beautiful garden with the benefit of being off grid with solar and borehole. Close to lots of amenities, easy access from major highway and easy access to Sandton. A tranquil calm environment as a home away from home. There is no washing machine in the cottage but washing can be done at 100 a load .. this is because of using solar I have to manage the electricity load on the system so as not to overload the inverters
