Walking distance to Katy Trail, Downtown Sedalia, Bothwell Hospital, drug store, grocery store, urgent care and only 2.1 miles to Missouri State Fairgrounds. House has three bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs in addition to a daybed located in downstairs sitting room. All amenities including a wonderful laundry room, stocked kitchen, and a huge fenced backyard. Very homey and tranquil.

We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Located on the lower level of our home you will have a private entrance to a full basement. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, and an outdoor patio with a grill to enjoy! Bedrooms have queen size beds and ceiling fans. We also have 2 air mattresses that may be used as well.
