Welcome to the Sweet Retreat! Built in 1910, this magnificent dog friendly historic home has lots to offer! Our home features 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with room to comfortably sleep 8-12 people; couches and air mattress increase sleeping capacity. Two living areas, sun room, office nook, and an upstairs balcony provide you and your guests plenty of space to spread out, relax, watch TV, or play a variety of games. Boat and trailer parking available! Hunters and fishermen welcome!

This home is a fully restored 1 story Federal house, which you will have full access to. It is located close to the Mark Twain Boyhood Home, and right off Broadway. The house comes furnished with seating, furniture, and 2 Roku televisions. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining room, living room, and a kitchen. The home has central air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a beautiful clawfoot cast-iron tub with shower. There is off street parking.

Spacious 1,012 square ft upper level condo at Mark Twain Lake is just over a mile from Spalding Swimming Beach and a mile from Spalding Boat Ramp. Jellystone is about ½ mile up the road and The Water Zone waterpark is across the street from the condo entrance.
