Enjoy this stunning, spacious 4brm beachfront home whilst soaking up the Geographe Bay ocean views. Watch the sunrise and dolphins from the expansive front balcony in the mornings and absorb the spectacular sunsets in the evenings. Kids can entertain themselves quite happily in the Games room equipped with numerous activities to keep them busy. If you are needing a 'Happy Place' to escape too, look no further.

Only 2 hours from Perth, Peppy Beach is located in the South West of WA and is nestled between Bunbury and Busselton. With the beach approximately 150 meters and a 2-minute stroll, it is great place to swim or fish, or listen to the waves rolling in while having a drink and BBQ on the large outdoor balcony upstairs. This house is the perfect time away to share with family and friends.

A new house that is only a two and half hour drive from Perth. The iconic Busselton jetty is a quick 5 minute drive. There are local shops within walking distance (approx 600m). You are also very close to all of the South Wests tourist attractions. A short drive takes you to Margaret River, stunning sunsets over the ocean in Yallingup or Dunsborough.
