Room has dedicated AC and water heater. Full bathroom with shower. Scenic, quiet neighborhood feels out of the way, but only 4mi to I-17 and 10mi to Cave Creek and 5mi from Ben Avery Shooting Range. We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.

These guest house is attached to the main house but they don’t communicate and it has its own private entrance and AC units. There are no shared spaces. Nice, modern/new 55” TV with free Chanel’s as well as Netflix. Coffee station is generous with different flavors of Keurig cups and creams as well as a few different snacks for you to enjoy. Full equipped kitchen, refreshments available in the fridge. Enjoy your stay 😉
