The Clearing | Rustic Wagon by the Sea

Unplug, unwind and immerse yourself in nature at our rustic wagon set up...absolute waterfront in the heart of the Marlborough Sounds. Watch the boats go by on the water below & enjoy the tranquility of the native bush & birdsong. Take a walk down one of the tracks to the waterfront, for a swim, to soak up the sun or go for a kayak. The wagon features a queen bed & ensuite toilet. Adjacent to the wagon is a covered kitchen / dining area & an outside hot water bush shower is amongst the ferns.

Endeavour View - Rayner Cabin

The eco cabin has incredible sea views and is a perfect, private place to relax on the coastal walkway for those who enjoy nature. It is 10 minutes off the Queen Charlotte Track in Endeavour Inlet. There is NO ROAD in. Access is by walking, biking or by boat and a good level of fitness/agility is required. 2 extra guests can tent if requested. We are 19km from Ship Cove, roughly a 5-6 hour walk depending on your speed, (4km from Furneaux Lodge). The cabin is signposted, 400m off the QC Track.

Moenui Magic

In beautiful Moenui we have a typical kiwi north facing bach overlooking the Mahau Sound. It boasts a two bedroom house with a one bedroom and lounge Chalet, and an expansive deck that takes in full views of the water. There are many options to sit and take in gorgeous views from many vantage points around the property. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, opening out onto the deck. With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

Our Kayaks for your use, & our shoreline deck are a 2 minute walk down to the beach. A great spot to relax in the sun. Outdoor BBQ area and spa pool sets the scene for your relaxing break away. All sliding doors open up onto a large deck, perfect for soaking in the picturesque view. Our mooring may be available

Endeavour Holiday Home, with Wi-Fi

This is a 2-story holiday home with bi-fold doors off the lounge and dining room to views of Endeavour Inlet from the deck. Our home is right on the legendary QC walking tack Our 3-ton mooring is the closest one to Solitude jetty and takes up to a 12-meter boat. There are also 3 kayaks to enjoy free of charge, one of which is at the jetty to use as a tender if required. Wifi, NO ROAD ACCESS only private boat or water taxi From Feburary to March we require a 5-night stay minimum

Enjoy kayaks (2 kids, 2 adults) and beaches in the summertime as you lounge in the sun on the deck. Or cozy up in front of the roaring log burner in the winter with a book or a board game, enjoying the still crisp days in the spa pool with endless views. Elaine Bay is the gateway for fishing and boating in the Pelorus Sound, with a launching ramp, and a mooring available.

Marlborough Sounds 3brm Holiday Home with Sea View

Brand New 3brm holiday home with large deck, stunning sea views overlooking the Marlborough Sounds. The sea is 1 min walk.Free Wifi, kayaks, bbq, childrens swing and outdoor blackboard. 10 mins drive to Havelock, 25 mins to Picton along the world renowned Queen Charlotte Drive. 40 mins to Blenheim. The wineries are 20 mins away. Havelock is the Green Shell Mussel capital of the world. Restaurants, a four square supermarket, cafe, galleries, marina and scenic cruises are located here.

Welcome. The Guest Studio is an independent annex adjoining our architecturally designed home, with your totally private, external, independent entrance. You can enjoy views and access from the ceiling to floor windows/sliding doors of the landscaped garden area or the expanse of the Waimea estuary sea tide on the other side. Launching of two kayaks are available waterside from our own boardwalk.

Absolute Waterfront Picton Waikawa Bay

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - tea and coffee included. . The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the large deck and outside table - great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.
