"Demie's cottage" is a two-storey sea cottage of 130 sqm located in the seaside settlement of Plitras in the prefecture of Laconia. It includes 3 bedrooms , a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area,a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and large balconies with wonderful view to sea. It is just a 2-minute walk from Artani beach and 5 minutes from the large beach of Plitra. Mini-markets and taverns are within 5-10 minutes walk. Nearby destinations; Monemvasia, Elafonisos, Gythio, Kythera

The Lookout

The Lookout is a space for you to unplug and be yourself. The cottage is along a little lane and has no close neighbours so you are able to enjoy solitude while being part of a traditional Greek Village and enjoy the gentle life that the residents have. Views are amazing from every window with terraces that wrap around the house so you can watch the sunrise and set, Moon bath and star gaze. If you wish to eat out there are local taverna's and the beach is a short drive along amazing roads.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood.Guests are able to park just outside the house. The modern town of Corinth is located approximately 5 Km northeast of the ancient ruins. The center of Corinth and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. All people are welcome.
