Hello and welcome to PineRidgeRoses & Airbnb. We are located about 30 miles from the DesMoines, IA Area, 4 miles from Knoxville, IA and 10 miles from Pella! Charmante Loft is a private, 2bedroom loft located above a prof. office building w/in walking distance of Pella's unique European shopping area. It is located 1 block from Central College sports complex and short drive to any of Pella’s great corporations and health care center. We welcome all who are traveling for business, visiting their Central College student, vacationing, or extended stay. Charmante loft is up 1 flight of stairs and has its own entrance and exit w/ keypad and deadbolt.
