Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine, your own laundry with washing machine, toilet and shower, table tennis and your own little patio with wind-out awning. Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.
