Welcome to our mountain cottage home! We are located on a one-house street in the heart of Bella Vista, just off Chelsea Road, convenient to the Tunnel Vision trail, AR 71, and I-49. The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The partial kitchen has an electric burner, microwave, coffee pot, and a small combination oven/air fryer/toaster. Check us out! We think you’ll love it!

We have a custom connector trail from the Airbnb entrance to the highly anticipated Little Sugar trail system. You will have a private room with no access to the house. It is totally secluded. We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

1894 Barn House Rustic-chic downtown retreat.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Space is on a lower level not the entire house, however the lower level has its own living room, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, game room, and bathroom! You will enter through the front door of the main house and the stairs to your basement apartment are just a few steps away! We are located in the country, so it is very quiet, filled with deer, and the perfect place for a little getaway. Also, WiFi isn’t the best living in the country- it can be slow:( but are working on it:)

Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! Nestled among trees, this getaway affords its guests a bit of extra privacy. The interior is fresh and bright with a large kitchen and dining table, and a sun-kissed master bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature Murphy beds, and one easily doubles as an office. It is furnished with a pneumatic sit/stand desk and a leather high-rise chair.
