Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, τουαλέτα με μπανιέρα, κλιματισμό, wi-fi, μεγάλο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.
