La gare de Capo d'Orlando se situe à 6 km de la villa. Trois aéroports desservent la Sicile: Catane, Palerme et Trapani. L'aéroport de Regio di Calabre est le plus proche mais il implique de devoir traverser le golf de Messine.

Gli ospiti all'arrivo dovranno firmare un contratto di locazione. In ogni caso non dovranno pagare nessuna somma oltre quella già versata ad Airbnb.
