Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Private retreat 10min walk to beach

Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Our modern waterfront home has uninterrupted views over Phegans Bay & Bouddi National Park from every room. You can see all the way to Lion Island & Palm Beach Lighthouse. Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Carina Cottage

Freshly renovated, PRIVATE and absolute waterfront Cabin with all amenities overlooking the most magnificent section of the Hawkesbury River at Lower Portland (City side of the River) - there is a modest (but modern) kitchen - adjacent to bushland teeming with bird life and rural properties nearby historic Hawkesbury sites and wineries with pretty walks along the River and fire trails 90 mins from Sydney CBD 30 mins from Windsor and Glenorie 40 mins from Rouse Hill and Castle hill

Patonga Creek Cabin.

Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.

Emerald Retreat

Bookings accepted for up to 6 adults and 8 children, or up to 10 adults. Luxurious, fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with pool and all new amenities. Separate backyard cabin incorporates a king bedroom with en-suite and a large kids bunkroom with games and big screen smart tv. Set in large, quiet fully fenced gardens with pool. Emerald Retreat is 400m flat walk to the Central Coast's best beach. Perfect for a secluded week away with your family.

The Oar By The Bay

The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. Well behaved furry babies are welcome 🐾🐾🐾

Terrumbula

Perched on a sloping block among the tree tops, with views of the Hawkesbury River, Broken Bay and surrounding National Parks, this unique home is a place to relax and let go of the world. High ceilings, floor to ceiling glass and an open plan layout allows you to enjoy the surroundings, no matter what the elements. We are located on the east side of the island where you can watch the first rays of the day rise above the surrounding clifftops.

The Loft; Kyangatha - waterside retreat

The Loft at Kyangatha; an idyllic farm stay less than an hour's drive from Sydney. The Loft is a quirky sandstone and timber hideaway just 30m from the river. Set in a paddock with views of pasture, river and the hills of Popran and Dharug National Parks. Perfect for a couple (or 2+1) it is an ideal place to get away and relax. Enjoy calming walks around the property, relax by the river, go for a paddle or have a BBQ on the water's edge.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)

Moso House Luxury with Pool and Sauna

Moso House formerly known as The Cottage is a newly renovated spectacular luxury holiday house steps from Pearl Beach with a Heated Pool and Sauna ideal for the discerning traveller, corporate guest, wellness enthusiasts and family’s. We welcome photo shoots and retreats plus we offer our guests early check in of 12 and late check out of 3pm. Single night midweek bookings available on request.
