The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

Our house is situated on a hill 10 mins from the main town .It overlooks two bays with magnificent views of the port and spectacular sunsets over the Icarian sea.The house always benefits from a cool sea breeze. Large balcony at front of house with enclosed patio to rear with barbecue. House is fully furnished and equipped with one double bedroom and one twin room ( two single beds one of which opens out to become double) There is private parking area available on our land.

There is free parking available at the property. The villa has a spacious sitting area with a fireplace, a Tv, WiFi connection, and a Sound system . The furniture and objects are aesthetically pleasing. The dinning tables indoors and outdoors are for 8 persons each.
