NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

The Tri-Cities are known for their excellent food trucks, and Richland’s scenic riverfront path is perfect for walking or biking. The backyard is shared with the hosts.

Located in a great central location with easy access to all points in the Tri-Cities and close to walking paths, hiking trails, Columbia River and wineries.
