The Studio is a new conversion offering parking and a very light and airy space with a king size bed, full kitchen and stunning shower room. We can take an extra guest/child on a guest bed if required.

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Ship shape and Bristol fashion A delightful, privately accessed annexe for you to enjoy. It has a kingsize bed and hanging space. There is a Roku TV so you can access your Netflix. We provide you with your own kitchenette and breakfast bar consisting of a kettle, toaster and microwave, washer/dryer. The breakfast bar doubles up as a useful workstation. We will provide you with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay - tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast bits and bobs and toiletries.

Elstar overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas, horses and sheep live. The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.
