Please note that there is NO KITCHEN but an electric kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge. It is located directly behind Parnell Village, being close to numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also very close to the Link bus on Parnell Road going to the city and Newmarket.

The studio has everything you need in a compact space, the queen size comfortable bed folds away into the wall as you can see in the photos. The bifold doors open up onto your own deck which joins a shared courtyard. The studio shares the entrance to a town house, but is it’s own private self contained space with a locked door.

(Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
