The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.
