The Town Lift is also less than a 10 minute walk away while Deer Valley Resort is a 1.5 miles away(free shuttle). This is not a rental with basic items purchased just to get by. My home is a remodeled townhouse in Old Town Park City [centrally located, on Park Ave]. 5 min walk to the bottom of Main street, grocery store, base of Park City Mountain Resort. If you don't feel like walking the bus stop is right outside of the front door! There are three window ac units to keep things cool and comfortable in the summer. There is parking for one vehicle. It is quite easy to get around town with the bus and on foot and to/from the airport with Uber!
