This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

My place is good for couples, families and groups of friends. Its location offers easy access to the port of Parikia (4 kms) and to the Airport (7 kms) and all other areas of interest in the island. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! The Studio is part of the complex Aperado Paros (Krotiri, Parikia) that consists of three houses and three studios. The studio has a view to the resort's swimming pool and the sea. It is named by the island of "Mykonos". A car or scooter/quad is absolutely necessary! The complex is close to the beach (Marchello beach), restaurants (Parikia), and nightlife.
