My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

My Traditional Stone-built Mansion in Karyes was originally built in 1902 by my grandfather.Τhe whole building was renovated from scrath by my family, but with us keeping all the old stone walls that my grandfather put together. The next little village is called Xiropigado with a s/m and restaurants on the beach and you can visit the closest popular tourist destination called Paralio Astros as well as the gorgeous beaches in the East side of Pelopponisos which is worth enoying along with the breathtaking views.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
