Sea Breeze House

This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

Angel's Villa Sunset Kythnos

Angel’s Villa is located 3 hours from the port of Piraeus and just 1 hour and 40 minutes from the port of Lavrion . It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.

Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

In the beautiful beach of "Flambouria" you will have the chance to enjoy your stay in our apartment. It s ideal for family holidays,at a distance of 20 metres from the sea and with a view of Panagia Flabouriani being a jewel on the beach. It provides an air conditioner in the bedroom,a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a fridge and coffeemakers for you to enjoy the mesmerizing sunset in the balcony lounge with a perfect cup of coffee
