Our residence is located a 5 minute walking distance from the sea which is the central beach of Aegiali with crystal-clear waters and golden sand. The residence lies on a privately-owned site with its own private parking space not far from the village where one can find traditional taverns, cafes, super markets, bars and the central bus stop which connects Aegiali with all other villages.

Positioned on a hill and surrounded by mountains and sea, it offers the most incredible view on the Island of Nikouria.
