Built in 1740, this charming flat has been lovingly restored to create a stylish and practical finish. We have even installed some noise cancelling windows for a quieter nights sleep. Stylish, centrally located, luxe two bedroom flat in the basement of a Georgian townhouse on one of Bath’s most prestigious streets. A stone’s throw from the famous Pulteney Bridge and historic Bath centre. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests or up to 5 (with an additional charge by use of sofa bed in lounge). The apartment ideally suits families as there is 1 queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in second bedroom plus the sofabed in lounge (if required for extra charge - ask host).

The Courtyard apartment was deigned by architect John wood and built in the 1700s. It is full of character defined by its architectural heritage, with multiple floor levels and original bath stone still on show. The living area has the high ceilings typical of Georgian buildings.
