You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. Meet Corky, a clean, pet friendly 3-bedroom cottage is directly on the beach and features beautiful views of Lake Nipissing as part of a small 4-cottage resort. Located right in the city and a short 2-minute walk to some of the best restaurants and patios in the city.

There is a new multi purpose dining table in the cottage that is also a pool table and has table tennis available for our guests. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.
