Our place is a self contained studio unit with queen & single bed (plus mattress). We are minutes walk to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach, and close to public transport, shops, park and supermarket. Own bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet. You also have your own kitchen space, and in summer months take a dip in our pool. Note: Beds and living space is in the same room. There is a separate kitchen and little nook with small table. You are welcome to bring own portacot.

Welcome to The Pool House. This bright and sunny self contained guest suite is a stand alone structure from the main house. Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
