Historic Lennon Cottage at the Mother Vine

Due to its design and antiques the home is not suitable for children under 12. Historic cottage located on Mother Vineyard Road with private access to the Roanoke Sound across the street. The 1930's cottage was built by Robert Bruce Lennon (Kerry's Great Grandfather). Enjoy coffee on the cozy porch & admire the huge, old magnolia tree. Launch your paddle-board or kayak into the shallow sound. Bike downtown and to area attractions. Fully stocked, modern kitchen. Watch the sunset from the dock!

Crews Cottage on Roanoke Island (Outer Banks, NC)

Located in the forested dunes of Roanoke Island, Crews Cottage is attached to the main house of owners through a breezeway and screened porch. No steps! (See Accessibility section.) Approximately 1000 square feet in total size, it features a large private bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom/shower. The great room has a pullout sofa bed (full) and love seat bed (twin). Kitchenette features full-sized refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker. Sorry, no pets.

1950’s Avalon Beach Cottage - Vintage Charm

Built by my Dad in 1956, this vacation beach cottage has remained in our family, and over the years has been a source of many summertime memories. Lovingly remodeled, while still maintaining the beach cottage charm that my Dad originally created. Our hope is to share the history and charm of this special place with others.
