The fully fenced rear yard includes a 4m swim spa with views of the beach. Winnunga Beach House is a pet friendly property.

A fully functional kitchen with a coffee pod machine. Air conditioning/heating. For the winter months you have the option of a combustion heater. (Only for those who have experience.) A comfortable lounge area. also, a radio that can be paired to your devices so you can play you own music, Tv & Free Wi-Fi included.
