A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Customisable layout and beds. See floorplans. Bnb located behind the College st shops. A minutes walk from cafe, liquorland, dairy, sushi, bakery and $2 shop. Multiple cameras over entries/driveways area so please ensure your guest numbers are correct. Please book for correct number. Excess bedrooms will be locked and cameras checked. If this sounds harsh, its because people have tried it and we have had to put measures in place. During peak periods, min. number of guests may be required.

Within a 2 min walk from the arena, warehouse, new world, and also only a 20 min walk to the plaza! A great place to stay, with a long drive that offers a few off street parks. And plenty on road parking!

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.

Cloverlea Homestead Farm Stay

Welcome to our special homestead on 5 acres just out of town where you can enjoy tranquility and a slice of rural life. Access to a private 3 bedroom wing with separate entry from the main property. Be treated to great sunset views and interact with animals on the lifestyle block. There's an option to bring a horse along, extra stable charges will apply.
