Access to the laundry behind the garage is available which includes a wash tub, washing machine and fridge. Guests may also use the outdoor bbq. All this is free of charge. In a central location within walking distance to the best pubs, restaurants and shopping that Palmerston North has to offer.

This is a very sunny house throughout the year with over 400 square metres of manicured lawn and, has parking for four cars.

It is nestled in our tranquil 18 acre, 5 star New Zealand Gardens Trust Garden of National Significance. Situated conveniently a 5 minute drive from Massey University, a supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants, Central Palmerston North is only a 15 minute drive away. Privacy is guaranteed by a separate entrance and adjacent parking. There are several interesting walks in the area.
