The house is in El Rancho Vista Estates, a quiet mid-century modern neighborhood of Palm Springs. Drive downtown in 5 minutes for good restaurants and an evening stroll. There are many dog owners in the neighborhood, often out walking their puppies. There's a driveway and good street parking - you can walk to a number of bus stops, and Uber is easy in Palm Springs!
