Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. "Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Charming historic brick home built in 1905. It is very cozy & has lots of character. This house is on a quiet dead end street. We have a relaxing front porch & back patio. There are many great outdoor spaces on the property for adults & kids. Big sandbox & play house. We are walking distance (1 block) from downtown Palisade. Park your car & walk or ride a bike all weekend! You are a 3-10 minute walk from the grocery store, bike shop, bakery, distillery, brewery, restaurants, park, pool & more!

Enjoy downtown Palisade's farmers market, distillery, and brewery. We're moments from many wineries and trailheads including Mt. Garfield & Palisade Rim. Begin, end or spend your day lounging on the front porch in the shade of mature peach trees or enjoying views of the rugged Palisades seeming to rise just outside the back door.

Our spacious and newly renovated large barn has a beautiful view of the Grand Valley. Relax among the vines under Mt. Garfield. Drink wine at one of the many wineries. Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

Welcome to Happy Tails animal sanctuary we are a nonprofit animal rescue in palisade wine country. 10 acre animal sanctuary w alpaca, goats, pigs, dogs, chickens peacocks even a emu that all free range. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.
